Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and we hope you value ours. To avoid a service charge, we ask that you honor our one business day cancellation policy for all appointments.

Appointment Policy:

As a courtesy to you, we set up autoreminders to notify about upcoming appointments. Still, please keep track of your appointments. We cannot take clients arriving more than 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment! Remember to allow 3 to 4 hours for color/haircut appointments.

Return Policy:

Spank Salon will gladly exchange a product for another more suitable to your needs. We do not give refunds on a product or merchandise.

Payment Policy:

All fees for services rendered must be paid upon completion of the services. We accept all major credit cards. A refunded check will incur a $30.00 service charge plus the full face value of the check.
